CNC OXYFUEL CUTTING

Service Details

CNC Oxy-Fuel Cutting is a high-precision thermal cutting process used to cut thick carbon steel and other ferrous materials efficiently and accurately. At Specialized Engineering (SPE), our CNC oxy-fuel cutting facility combines automated computer-controlled technology with powerful oxy-fuel cutting systems to deliver consistent, clean, and dimensionally accurate cuts for industrial fabrication and engineering applications.

The process uses a controlled mixture of oxygen and fuel gas to heat the steel to its ignition temperature, followed by a high-pressure oxygen jet that cuts through the material. CNC control allows cutting patterns and dimensions to be programmed digitally, helping reduce material waste, improve repeatability, and maintain production efficiency.

SPE’s CNC oxy-fuel cutting service is well suited for heavy-duty steel fabrication, particularly where thick plates and large components require reliable and economical cutting. Whether you need custom steel components, structural parts, or industrial fabrication work, SPE provides CNC cutting solutions tailored to your project requirements.
